Western Sichuan SJ block tight gas reserves,with enormous development potential,has become a key development area in tight sandstone gas reservoir.Especially the blocks in Penglai and Shaxi group have been the main gas reservoir.In order to better mining,Horizontal technology has been applied in this area.and the effect of mining is obvious,At the same time the problem is also serious,including:the casing can not enter and inclined section and horizontal section of the casing under central degree is not high in the process of cementing,ring air channeling and other problems.To solve these problems,this paper combined with horizontal well cementing practices in recent years, carried out the following research and achieved some results:(1) For casing running problems,this paper launched the research from two aspects: compatibility hole and the casing pipe friction calculation.First,in terms of casing-hole compatibility,considering the effect of hole curvature of casing,calculate the main casing size in western Sichuan area can be the biggest hole curvature.With rigid and elastic sleeve-hole geometry compatibility model,using two kinds of geometric compatibility model under the condition of a borehole curvature are calculated respectively the maximum length of casing.(2) Aiming at the problem of low casing center degree.The performance characteristics of the elastic stabilizer and the rigid stabilizer are analyzed,and the type and placement of the stabilizer for the horizontal well of Shaxi Temple group in Western Sichuan are optimized.in this paper.For casing centralizer spacing was laid,this paper gives the calculation method, and makes calculation example of SJ-XHF.(3) For wellbore inner empty gas problem.This paper has carried out high density anti channeling cement slurry system of research,from the stability of the cement with micro expansion performance anti-gas channeling cement slurry's.Through indoor evaluation,high density anti channeling cement slurry system indicators meet the requirements.(4) The achievement has been advanced in 2 test wells in western sichuan SJ block,and significantly improved the SJ block reservoir cementing quality:The percent of perfection cementing jobs were 20.73% and 23.97% higher than average western sichuan SJ blocks,The percent of good cementing jobs increased by 25.94% and 25.99%, the percent of failure passed cementing jobs reduced by 14.79% and 15.86% w hen compared the average cementing quality in western sichuan SJ blocks,respectively.
