This paper describes the production of soft capsule, and puts emphasis on discussing the disadvantages of the traditional soft capsule cleaning process, such as high cost, high risk and poor quality. Then introduces the characteristics of the microfiber and its products, especially the advantages as cleaning cloth. So introduce the ultra-fine fiber cleaning cloth into the soft capsule cleaning process has great value.This article studys the liquid Absorbable Mechanism of the fiber materials and know the important factor which affecting the liquid adsorption. And according to these factors to chose the suitable fiber materials, and design reasonable fabric structure. This paper designs four-layered Polypropylene/Ultra-fine fiber mixture fabric and cover layer composite fabrics.This paper will discuss its oil-absorbing properties, the wicking height of oil, the oil transmission, the oil-absorption rate, the oil retention, the oil removal rate and the fiber loss rate and so on. The superfine fabric is the best within the four-layered fabric, and the mixture fabric has the advantages of the two kinds of fibers. According the different weave fabric, the warp knitted fabric has the best property.The Laboratory simulation shows that the ultra-fine fiber cleaning cloth can be fully applied in the cleaning process. And In the actual test, it also shows the ultra-fine fiber cleaning cloth has excellent cleaning performance. And aiming at the use of the cleaning cloth,we design a detergent composition which has good effect and low cost.For the fiber contact angle is difficult to measure, we use camera and the Photoshop software to measure the yarn’s contact angle, and it shows good comparability. We also use the Matlab software to make a quantitative test of the fiber loss performance. And these are the innovative points of this article.Through the discussion of the cost, each production line will save3,3400yuan every month. And it will be lager when several lines run at the same time. So this research shows high academic value and economic benefits.
