Poyang Lake is located in the south bank of the Yangtze River,China's largest freshwater lake.In recent years,with the Poyang Lake economic development,population growth,resource consumption,the increasing number of floods,resulting in Poyang Lake ecological environment under pressure,in order to prevent the worsening environment of Poyang Lake region,but also to government departments and Poyang Lakes management and timely grasp the dynamic area of Poyang Lake,Poyang Lake Hydrologic necessary to establish information management systems.Based on the MODIS imagery of water extraction,combined with world map,JAVA,JS,AecGIS10.0 other related technology to build the Poyang Lake Hydrological Environment Information System,the specific contents are as follows:(1)Describes the background and significance of the development environment of Poyang Lake Hydrological Information System,summarizes the main methods at home and abroad in the water testing and describes the developments and trends related hydrological information management system,and Poyang frame Lake water environment information systems development,requirements analysis,the main technology were introduced.(2)Paper using MODIS remote sensing image data as a basis data,use ENVI5.0remote sensing image processing software for image fusion,correction,cropping and other processing.(3)Taking into account the continuous division of the Poyang Lake water,the water clear information,etc.,based on parametric density segment model Maximum Likelihood(MLC)as the primary method of extracting water surface morphology and surface area for binding ArcGIS10.0 calculated by monitoring data related to the feasibility of monitoring department of the method,the accuracy of the analysis was verified.(4)Analyzed the data environment of Poyang Lake Hydrological Information System needed to run on the data sorting,establish comprehensive data,including:Lake District,in 2013 and 2016 MODIS remote sensing data sets,Lake District 36 hydrological monitoring stations information(data monitoring stations and station location),the components of the Poyang Lake area water quality information.(5)In order to meet the visual query related scientific research personnel andrelated management analysis system effectively Poyang Lake area of MODIS images water extraction overlay of the world figure,while taking advantage of JS features combine JAVA programming language as well as finishing the data,development and design of the Poyang Lake hydrological environmental information system;implement functions are: Division site inquiries,hydrological feature query,form water extraction,water quality monitoring inquiry,utilities,check the weather,maps,switching and other functions.Through the establishment of the Poyang Lake Hydrological Environmental Information System,users can learn about morphological changes in a timely manner the water area of Poyang Lake,Poyang Lake region hydrological monitoring stations information,Poyang Lake area of the regional water quality status,to monitor natural disasters in Poyang Lake region,lake pollution situation monitoring has a positive effect;the establishment of the comprehensive data enables faster and more accurately respond,thereby increasing the efficiency of management at all levels in Poyang Lake area,so Poyang Lake hydrological environmental information system has a certain practicality and promotional value.
