| Poyang Lake is the largest freshwater lake in China.However,rapid lost of natural resources and fierce change of eco-environment along with the constant development of Poyang Lake valley’s construction,brings serious challenges to the recovery and protection of its ecoenvironment system.Building 3D information comprehensive management system for Poyang Lake is of necessity to protect its eco-environment and natural resources,and to introduce the lake to the world.The management system built in the thesis is based on B/S architecture pattern design by data integration,and applies Active X Plug-in technology,ASP.NET,and C #and Java Script language.The system has 3 parts,3D information data center,3D information sharing and displaying system,and 3D information maintaining subsystem.Technologies of LOD,object-oriented modeling and communication network integration are engaged in to realize information releasing of the Lake Valley,rain and snow effects display,flood simulation and test demonstration area display.The system summarizes data of the Valley and realizes statistic analysis on social economy in the form of data reports and 3D specific maps,as scientific supports for decision making.Besides,by simulating rain and snow effects and flooding,it provides reference to flood control and rescue,natural disaster assessment,etc.Therefore,the building of management system has its certain practical use and a value of promotion. |
