In this paper,TS elevator company is the research object,which is a subsidiary of a professional elevator production,sales,installation and maintenance enterprise of the world's top 500.through the questionnaire survey combined with compensation management theory to analyze the TS elevator company customer service personnel salary management system.At present customer service personnel generally lower salary,salary system is not clear,unreasonable salary system structure and customer service personnel welfare system is not perfect,work enthusiasm is not high.This paper provides a unified field maintenance workload calculation method and the corresponding performance salary calculation and payment scheme,put forward PFP the performance salary concept,put the maintenance technician wages and daily workload linked together,so as to promote the enthusiasm and initiative of the maintenance staff.By 6 months practice of the pilot work in Suzhou and Hangzhou two branches,and finally through the design of staff satisfaction questionnaire,compared before and after the optimization of the salary system,achieved the expected effect of the new salary system implementation.This is not only has the real significance to solve the TS elevator company after sales service personnel salary questions,but also for other elevator enterprises and the general service industry enterprises have reference significance.
