Study On The Loan Risk Of Expressway

Highway construction funds into huge,impossible to be borne by the highway enterprise independent,and government investment co.,LTD.,bank loans has become the main source of the highway construction fund.But,for huge debt risks brought by the loan,such as not to effectively manage and control,will inevitably affect the economic benefits of the whole project in the future.Papers in the west of highway reconstruction project as an example,in view of the highway project loan risk,combined with field survey,the application of project risk management theory,mathematics evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)method was studied.In this paper,on the structure is divided into five chapters,in order to discover problems,analyze and solve problems as the research train of thought.The first chapter the paper research background,significance,research methods and technical route,and combining with the status quo at home and abroad of loan risk management are analyzed.The second chapter mainly discusses the necessity of the research of highway loan risks,including the basic theory of loan risk,the chapter analysis and domestic present situation of our country highway loan highway loan risk analysis.Finally,it is concluded that the highway construction project loan risk recognition of the importance of study.In the third chapter of the study was to find the highway loan risk,and mainly discusses the process and methods of the identification of loan risk,to determine in the highway construction project loan risk.In the fourth chapter,on the highway in the loan risk for further analysis,using the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods to identify to analyze the loan risk assessment,and judge the possibility of occurrence of a risk and the degree of influence.Finally,in the west of the reconstruction project as an example the case analysis,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the west in the reconstruction project risk ranking,and calculate the loan risk value.At the end of the article chapter puts forward the highway loan risk countermeasure and the suggestion,in the process of project operation,monitoring whether the new risks and risk response is valid,it is to reduce construction costs,improve economic efficiency of the highway project key.
