With the deepening of internationalization, the intensification of competition in the industry, the improvement of market maturity, Corporate marketing staff for higher requirements and tests, marketing are no longer just simply buying and selling, and the market is not then a simple supply and demand. Marketing staff qualification management, which can solve the problem of the career development path of marketing staff, effectively increase the professional level of marketing staff, and ensure the marketing staff of high performance in the implementation of the behavior, is one of the best practices of the human resources management for marketing staff. Through the implementation of marketing staff qualification management, we can standardize the management of marketing staff, train technical experts, be out of those who fails of comliance of standard, continuous traction marketing staff progress and improve the professional level of marketing team.By analyzing the existing human resources status of Hengyuan company, for characteristics of knowledge-intensive staff management, combined with domestic and international qualification management theory, Hengyuan evolutes from the traditional model which oriented by job description, KPI and training to new model which oriented by qualifications of human resources management system. Practice has proved that building qualifications management system can achieve staff personal development and the development of enterprises simultaneously, can achieve their talent best use, people post match in the true sense.This article provides a complete construction method of high-tech knowledge-based company's the qualification management system in marketing, through a comprehensive analysis of construction process of Hengyuan company's Marketing staff qualification management system, designed for the high-tech enterprises mainly based on knowledge workers to provide a complete set of management practices of marketing staff qualification management system.
