Study Of Modern Shipping Service Aggregation Mechanism

The single port service has been unable to meet the demand of modern shipping on the competition.The major ports in the world in order to improve core competitiveness,to extend the service functions,to expand the space for development,and to enhance the value of port,it has focused on the development of modern shipping service industry.Compared with London,Hongkong and other international shipping center,Guangzhou is relatively backward in modern shipping service.International shipping center had proved that modern shipping service industry cluster is an important way for the development of modern shipping service industry.Guangzhou has already gathered lots of shipping resources,it should seize the opportunity of build Guangzhou international shipping center and the FTA to accelerate the cluster of modern shipping service industry.By reference to cluster theory and system theory,this thesis made deep exploration on influencing factors of modern shipping service industry clusters,so as to provide beneficial reference to cluster’s deeper development.This study mainly made the following works: Firstly,analyzes the application status of the method of qualitative analysis of Guangzhou modern shipping industry agglomeration,then use the Location Quotient and Space Gini Coefficient to measure the degree of agglomeration from two dimensions of geography and industry.The result is that Guangzhou city is in the primary stage,and the concentration of shipping resources are basically engaged in low-end class shipping service industry,the lack of high-end shipping services.Secondly,use system dynamics theory of ports,financial industry,technological innovation,government support,local economy,intermediary services of the six indicators to establish the system dynamics model of Guangzhou modern shipping service industry agglomeration mechanism,according to the simulation results,determine the influence of Guangzhou modern shipping service industry agglomeration of the main factors and the relationship between the factors.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,put forward to promote the Guangzhou modern shipping service industry agglomeration development policy.
