The waste gas heat recovery project of SS electronic power unit is located in Silver-Lake Paper base energy center,Guangdong.The project characteristics are centralizing waste heat from 2×150MW plant electronic power plant unit and recycling energy for cooling and eating application by electronic plant office,residential area,surrounding factories and hotels.This fully reuse of waste gas energy is not only effective to reduce users electricity and fuel consumption from air-conditioning and cost,but also improving thermal efficiency and reducing heat pollution.To achieve the purpose of energy saving.The technology and equipment of waste heat recycling are mature and advanced to turn all gas into into non-polluting and energy central system.This innovation of traditional cooling and heating mode is fully meeting Chinese policies of energy saving and environmental protection.This article first analyzes economic,social,policy and technical environment for this waste gas heat recovery project,It not only can make waste profitable,saving energy and reducing mission,and is a positive response to the national policy.Then introduce the background of SS investor.This project is an important part of our development strategy and long-term planning.Second,Porter's five forces model analysis is applied for market competition analysis with direct competitors,replacement and bargaining power.And SWOT analysis tool to provide internal strengths and weaknesses while external opportunities and threats.All of these analysis shows the project has a good outlook with policy and market environment advantages,location advantages,low cost,operation and maintenance advantage.At the meanwhile,it's all within controllable range in despite of equipment corrosion by low temperature threat from waste gas and insufficient demand by surrounding factories.This article also do a financial forecasting analysis for project and project internal rate of return 27.09%(Before Tax).Static investment payback period of 4.63 years.Dynamic payback period of 5.60 years.All the index are better than the industry average.Finally,it also summarized measure to put forward countermeasures to deal with different risks by analyst and identify potential project risks for project.
