Consumer credit has a history of many years in foreign countries,has accumulated rich experience in the developed countries such as the United States and Japan,China’s consumer credit in 1998 is slowly developed,in promoting the expansion of domestic demand,with the gradual improvement of China’s capital market has been a positive development,consumer credit has for the main business of the commercial banks and profit growth point.However,if the blind pursuit of interests and ignore the risk,relax,in terms of consumer credit audit and simplify procedures,will inevitably cause a vicious competition between the major banks,a lot of negative events will occur when reaches a certain amount.This paper introduces the basic situation of consumer credit in Hangzhou branch of the bank,and the analysis of performance and default risk,reasons of consumer credit system are analyzed,and the experience of developed country,the risk for consumer loans and puts forward corresponding measures.This paper is divided into seven chapters to study and analyze.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background and significance,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,some basic information on consumer loans are introduced,this paper expounds the research methods and research content,research framework.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of consumer credit.Starting from the concept and characteristics of consumer credit,in-depth analysis of the theoretical basis of consumer credit risk,and consumer credit were related to the classification,the theoretical basis for the further study of this paper pave the way for.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of the Hangzhou analysis,in recent years the Hangzhou branch of consumer loans and defaults are analyzed in detail.The sample of 200 groups of customers are from the aspects of marriage,occupation and quantitative analysis.In the fourth chapter,according to the research results of the last chapter,the reasons of consumer credit are analyzed from the inside and outside of the bank.The fifth chapter from the management of foreign consumer credit experience,mainly in the United States,Germany and Japan,several countries in the consumer loan risk management experience,especially the financial crisis in the United States,has important significance to our country’s consumer credit.The sixth chapter based on the experience in consumer credit abroad,aiming at the existing problems of consumer credit in Hangzhou branch of the bank,put forward the corresponding risk management measures.The seventh chapter: conclusion and prospect.The research work of this paper is summarized,and the future research work of consumer credit is prospected.
