Project management has become a new era of modern management theory popular term. As an important part of China's market economy, private enterprises must adapt to the development needs with a more flexible attitude. Therefore, the enterprise technical innovation staff, which is related to the level of enterprise's core competence, is the important organization form of the project team to complete the R & D project and adapt to the complicated economic situation. Because of their autonomy and flexibility, the skills complementarity between members and other advantages, the project team has been more and more enterprises attention.Team work will inevitably bring new challenges to the enterprise's traditional incentives, including job, ability, and many other aspects of performance appraisal and incentive options, which usually makes the incentive program design more difficult. These affect the project research and development staff's enthusiasm, and R & D project will affect the core competitiveness. Nowadays, some problems of private enterprise are forcing managers to pay more attention to the enterprise project researchers, to develop more effective incentive projects to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.An incentive mechanism of "A" veterinary drug companies involved in the new veterinary drug HQKL project R & D personnel was selected for further study. The research starts from the basic theoretical model of incentive mechanism, and draws lessons from the experience of human resource incentive in domestic and overseas. Firstly, it analyzes the incentive status and outstanding problems of innovative employees in private enterprises. Then, the characteristics of A veterinary drug HQKL R & D team was analyzed. Finally, the questionnaires and field investigation were used to investigate the performance appraisal and incentive status of HQKL new veterinary drug project personnel, and to find out the problems in these aspects. It is expected that through the improvement of performance appraisal, material stimulation and spiritual stimulation, I will seek effective performance appraisal scheme, incentive scheme and safeguard measures for the veterinary drug R & D personnel of "A" veterinary drug company, to promote the enthusiasm of R & D personnel to ensure that enterprises continue to develop.
