Management consulting is the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance,operating primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plans for improvement,is the product of further social division of labor.With the developing of Chinese market economy,this industry is gradually becoming a sunrise industry in our country.However,the local management consulting companies are still small and weak.The famous foreign consulting company almost occupied all the high-end market.Therefore,how to find a strategic way for local consulting enterprise for their further development is significant.Hejun Consulting was founded in 2000.Then in 2011,Hejun Group was established in Beijing with the registered capital of 100 million Yuan.Nowadays,Hejun has almost 1500 employees,which is one of Asia's largest consulting firms,and is the largest Chinese local consulting company.As one of the top local consulting firm in China,Hejun's development has certain representativeness,while the research on Hejun can be a reference for other local consulting companies.This thesis took Hejun consulting company as the research object,with the strategic management theories as the theory support,while using literature method,comparative study,qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the current situation and the development environment of Hejun consulting.At the same time,the PEST model,Porter's five forces competitive model,external factor evaluation matrix(EFE),internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE),value chain analysis,SWOT matrix and other tools were used to analyze Hejun consulting company internal conditions,external environment and competitive ability.Moreover,combined with the actual situation of Hejun Group,I offered some suggestions for its strategic development,and several key points of its implementation.The result of the analysis is not only provided my own thoughts for the further development of Hejun consulting,but also had some exploration for the Chinese local management consulting enterprise,which is the wider significance of this thesis.
