| Compensation system is one of most essential issues in the human resource management of enterprises. A good salary system can not only help to support the company to obtain completive advantage but also to attract and maintain excellent staff, which is a strategic task of modern human resource management. To be more special, it is actually a pretty significant research to design a set of scientific compensation system in order to stimulate all the staff to contribute to the goals of organizations.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and drawbacks of the main current salary system at the basis of introducing historical compensation theories and motivation theories briefly. Subsequently, the compensation system of GX company is redesigned here.To begin with, a questionnaire about the original compensation system is designed for the sake of gathering satisfaction levels and the attitudes of employees of GX company towards the present compensation system. Through analyzing the results of the survey, we aim to acknowledge the satisfactions and expects of the staff of the compensation system in order to analyze the main problems of the original compensation system.Furthermore, according to the status quo and development goals of GX company, this paper adopts the combination of quantitative and qualitative researching methods to reform and better the organizational structure, designing a new compensation system which is based on skills step by step.Finally, this paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation effect of new compensation system in the last chapter. |
