With China growing stronger and more prosperous, and its people increasingly rich, Chinese people's demand for life quality has been continuously uplifting, and there also see continuous changes and innovations in the modes of leisure. This puts up a trial for the managers of tea houses in China, and questions their business wisdom. Currently, tea houses in China are mostly small and miscellaneous. With a low competitiveness, they are also not organized by any type of industrial standards. Compared with the expansion of international coffee brands such as Starbucks and Maan Coffee in China as well as the rest of the world, tea houses in China apparently lack motivation for further development. The increase of human resource cost and rent has rendered the management of many tea houses in China fall into a quagmire. Only through understanding the needs of the customers, and re-defining the tea houses, can the targeted transformation of them be realized. The rise of the Internet technology has brought us into a completely different age than before, and the service sector is also the development direction of the future China. The organic unification of the two can make managers of tea houses in China understand more about the customers'needs so that they can serve their customers in a more effective manner.This paper, under the background of the research of Internet and business model, and through reviewing related materials and conducting market researches, adopts business model canvas to analyze certain cases, thereby completing the researchof thetransformation of business model of traditional tea houses under the background of Internet+.First of all, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis on certain cases about Shanghai tea houses, and from the investigation, the problems in the management of traditional tea houses are found, which are the basis for further investigation.Second, through case studies of well-known brands in the amusement and leisure industry, the paper analyzes the road to success of certain brands, providing references for the transformation of traditional tea houses.Third, the paper makes use of business model canvas to analyze the validity of the transformation of traditional tea houses under the background of Internet+.In the end, based on the research results, the final conclusion is drawn, and rational suggestions are also provided.The aim of the research of the paper is to conduct a market investigation of the tea houses currently in the market of Shanghai. Through analyzing the current state of these corporations, the paper wishes to find out the problems lying in the management and development of tea houses, and proposes a solution to the transformation of them under an Internet+background, so as to provide actual references to whether the Internet is able to organically integrate with traditional tea houses.
