Research On The Influence Of The Development Of Internet Economy On The Economic Transition Of Zhejiang

Zhejiang province has been the vanguard and explorer of Internet and has developed into one of the main cluster of the Internet industry in China since the Internet was introduced.Reviewing the economic development of Zhejiang,it is not hard to find that the economic development of Zhejiang is closely related with the Internet economy.While promoting economic development,Internet economy also plays an importance role in economic transition.This thesis mainly consists of four parts.The first part introduces the basic theory of the Internet economy and the transition of the regional economy.Firstly,it mainly discusses the meaning,development stage,classification and characteristics of the Internet economy.Then it introduces the definition and analytical framework of regional economic transition,and provides a method for analyzing the relationship between the Internet economy and the economic transition of Zhejiang along the road of this analytical framework.The second part mainly analyzes the related economic laws how the Internet economy impact on the economic transition.From the three basic law of the Internet,it shows the inner reason of the fast growing speed;Through the analysis of the positive externalities and the public welfare of the Internet economy,it shows the mechanism why the Internet economy can bring positive effect to other industries and the society;From the locking phenomenon and Matthew effect,we can realize the advantage of Zhejiang which provides endless power to the economic development;Finally,it comes to a conclusion that the Internet economy has the law of increasing marginal utility,therefore the Internet economy has the advantages that traditional economy do not have,which are important for transforming the pattern of economic development and implementing economic transition.The third part mainly analyzes the influence of Internet economy on the economic transition of Zhejiang,through the analytical framework of economic transition.Firstly,this part reviews the main process of Zhejiang's economic transition,and divides it into four periods,meanwhile it points out that Zhejiang is in the period of informatization;Secondly,it summarizes the current problems in Zhejiang's economic transition and the reasons;Lastly,it analyzes the influence of Internet economy on the economictransition of Zhejiang.The fourth part mainly makes an empirical test.The part focuses on analyzes the influence of explanatory variable,the development of Internet economy,on the economic transition of Zhejiang,while exploring the influence of related controlled variables,including capital,labor,education,science and technology,urbanization,opening to the outside world and so on.Finally,drawing a conclusion that the Internet economy has a significant and positive effect,and explaining the reasons.In the aspect of theoretical significance,the study on the Internet economy is relatively fragmented now,and it has not formed a unified theoretical framework.The thesis try to analyze the relationship between the Internet economy and the economic transition of Zhejiang under the background of the theory and practice of economic transition,and to explain the influence of Internet economy to promote the economic transition by using the method of empirical analysis,to a certain extent,it will enrich the existing theoretical system.In the aspect of practical significance,the development of regional economy has been affected a lot by the downward pressure on the economy.The need to change the pattern of economic development,improve the economic efficiency,and achieve industrial upgrading and economic transition is becoming more and more urgent.Many areas have begun to explore the way to achieve industrial upgrading and economic transition in China,and the Internet economy provides an opportunity for it.The thesis on the relationship between them has some reference significance for the use of the Internet economy and the formulation of the relevant policies in Zhejiang and other areas.
