| The people’s livelihood, the relationship between housing is one of the most basic survival needs of human beings,is the human survival and development of the irreplaceable necessities,is a major social problem in relationship to the national economy and people’s livelihood and economic problems.With the accelerating urbanization process,under the background of house prices rising too fast,the housing problems of low-income residents is more and more difficult to solve."Twelfth five-year" period,countries pay more attention to urban and rural residents housing problem,this period our country city and countryside to develop low-income housing,has achieved very good results.County of affordable housing work started late in our country,the development of a city is slow,through the county existing public housing developments,can find out the problems in the system running,is conducive to further perfect the system.This paper based on the research background and research significance of affordable housing,the housing security system at home and abroad theoretical research has carried on the induction,summarizes the literature review.Second,policy and status quo of affordable housing development in China was summarized.
