Research On The Planning Of Eco Industrial Park Industrial Multi-objective Optimization

Since twentieth century, China has gradually realized industrialization which it acts as one necessary step to approach the modernization. With the economic and technological development zones and high-tech development zones in China's provinces are widely used and developed, as China's third generation industrial park planning and construction mode of eco industrial park is of two types of development zones of sublimation and optimization as well as the typical mode of industrial development. According to industrial ecological, the foundation with industrial link, corporation relationship and ecological balance are extremely associated in construction of ecological industrial parks, to change people's production and lifestyles based on ecological principles, in order to realize the sustainable development of economy and nature.The industrial planned construction of ecological industrial parks symbolized if the parks linking industries can be functioned or not, it also means strategic significance to construction of ecological civilized society. Due to the planning and development of the park is not only the choice of industrial chain, but also by the economy, environment and societies and other factors, while researchers mainly study on stable research, focused on principles and methods of planning of ecological industrial parks, about stable research of planning has always been planning difficulties of ecological industry. This thesis research mainly on industrial planning stable quantity of industrial parks, analyzed the realities of ecological industrial parks, targeted as inner power and economic increase, picking scientific problems, constructed as optimized model of parks plan then found answers according to NSGA-?, TO ifd manipulation process into NSGA-?, using NSGA-?-IFD to solve model and analysed result.Through Renhe ecological industrial parks tested the efficiency of latter inner powerful model and previous economic increased model to get alternative three pareto best solution to form optimized line of Pareto. Renhe industrial parks can based on resource environment, rules and principles, and macro-economic development, can acquire two choices like focus on inner development, neglecting economy and contrary choice to decide final strategy of park industrial planned development. Meanwhile, through decided industrial chains and corporations can get which park choose which industrial chain, so all the chosen firms must be chosen in this industrial chains, to realize focusing effect and scale effect of ecological chain, which explained the situation of horizontal development of ecological industrial zones are necessary.
