Based On Multi-objective Optimization Of Industrial Structure Adjustment In Guizhou

Since the beginning of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Guizhou has proposed the strategy of reinvigorating the province through industry and made great progress in economy in over a decades. GDP grew at an average annual rate more than 12%, considerably higher than the average national level. The impressive achievements confirm that the rapid development of industry provides a guarantee for the continuous improvement of the economy. However, the industrial development of Guizhou is still facing various constraints, including resources,environment and so on. How to balance the minimum consumption of resources and the minimum damage to the environment while developing economy, how to realize the sustainable development of Guizhou economy are becoming great meaningful and worth of further studying.Although the efficiency of resource utilization has a continuously improvement and pollution treatment technology is more advanced,Chinese economy is restrict by resource and environment day by day.Especially in Guizhou, as a result of the western remote location,the economic and technology level is far behind the eastern and central regions.Moreover, the Guizhou typical Karst landform.The environmental carrying capacity is much lower than the national average level. Therefore, to choose suitable leading industries and clear directions plays an important role in the economic development of Guizhou province.This paper first taking Guizhou current resources, environment,economic status as a starting point to clear the current development status of resources, environment and economy in Guizhou. Second, through the industrial structure and location quotient theory to analyses the present industrial structure and leading industry of Guizhou.Third, establish a multi-objective optimization model of economic, resources, environment.Fourth, base on Guizhou’s data to verify the feasibility of the model and at the same time, set up and solve the two modes of the adjustment of industrial structure model,receiving the Guizhou industrial structure adjustment direction. Finally draw the conclusion and suggestions. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows: three proportions of industrial structure in Guizhou is reasonable; the leading industry is resource-based enterprises with a large consumption of resources at present.Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the pressure of resources and environment has been carrying rapid rise in Guizhou and industrial development has been restricted more and more greatly. Under multi objective optimization, Guizhou industry is divided into 4development directions; focus on the development of 5 industries, make a great effort in the 12 industries, focus on the control of 7 industries and exercise strict control over 5 industries.
