Prior to 2007,the European Union,the United States,Japan and other countries of the shield machine manufacturing equipment has occupied 90% market share in China.Design,manufacturing,and other supporting technical level of China's shield machine with similar enterprises of these countries there is a big gap.To enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,in July 2007 the Company acquired NF NH company.In this paper,NH company and NF transnational company mergers and acquisitions integration of human resource issues were studied.Thesis introduction part introduces the research background,research contents and technical route.The second chapter reviews the basic theory of the enterprises transnational human resource consolidation.Chapter III of the present situation NH company and NF Merger Integration of Human Resources analyzed,which focuses on the differences in corporate culture differences between the two companies,the differences in organizational structure and compensation and performance evaluation aspects.In the fourth chapter the author describes the basic principles of human resource integration in M & A,the main steps of the basic method.Personal recommendations put forward in the fifth chapter the author proposes a major M & A process safeguards human resource integration,from the employee retention,job cuts and a new team run-in and so on.Through NH company and NF Merger Integration of Human Resources case study,we can find common problems multinational M & Human Resources entire existence,the relevant countermeasures proposed by the authors for a reference to other similar companies.
