| With the rapid development of information technology, individualized self-service tourism gradually takes off, due to which tourists are becoming increasingly demanding for tourism informatization. As a hotspot of future tourism development, how should smart tourism take advantages of advanced information technology and optimize various social resources and tourism resources so as to improve the quality of the service of tourism and promote the development of public service system becomes the key of transformation functions of the related industrial sectors.Combined with the relevant literature review of public service system of smart tourism, this paper make a empirical study of the public service system of smart tourism in Fujian Province from the perspective of tourist demands. Moreover, through questionnaires, it analyzes tourists’ satisfactory degree on the public service of smart tourism in Fujian Province. Meanwhile, it analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the public service system, and holds the opinions that there are many problems existing such as lack of systematized combination, coordination, standardized comments and funds input. Also, problems such as bad public information service, low awareness of public service and imbalanced construction input are mentioned and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. |
