Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Development Of Fuzhou Modern Animal Husbandry

As the important content of agricultural development and rural economy, animal husbandry is an important standard to measure a country’s agricultural development and rural development level. Since reform and opening-up, our country has made great achievements in the development of animal husbandry, the position of animal husbandry has changed significantly, from household sideline production into a relatively independent pillar industry, from the production of peers into a consumer oriented, and drive the development of relevant industries. Fuzhou animal husbandry has been in the transforming from traditional mode to the modern one. However, there have happened a series of problems. Such as laggard producing style, Low degree of industrialization, the weaker ability to respond to market risk, which is seriously restricts the development of Fuzhou modern animal husbandry. In order to accelerate the reform of Fuzhou traditional animal husbandry, promote the development of modern animal husbandry, this paper based on the research of Fuzhou animal husbandry, puts forward measures for development of Fuzhou modern animal husbandry, the conclusion is as follows:1) At present, Fuzhou vigorously promoting the construction of modern animal husbandry. Degree of industrialization of animal husbandry production continues to increase, improve, well-bred breeding system is increasingly perfect, will markedly enhance its capability of animal disease prevention and control, animal products quality and safety has been further guaranteed.2) Through the SWOT analysis, this paper argues that the advantage of Fuzhou modern animal husbandry development including huge resources superiority and the huge market potential. The disadvantage including the shrinking land for animal husbandr, the imperfect technology innovation system, the low degree of industrialization, the lack of scale management. The opportunities including the government’s increased support and the international market which is bringed by free trade area. Threats including severe destruction on ecological environment, the improving market standards for livestock and the quality and safety problems of domestic animal products.3) In learning and using the experience of domestic and foreign modern animal husbandry development and practice, on the basis of combining the actual situation of fuzhou, this paper holds that the development countermeasures of fuzhou modern animal husbandry mainly include:taking the path of sustainable development, scientific planning, rational layout, support and cultivate leading enterprises, promote the industrialization, improve quality and safety supervision and management of livestock and poultry products.
