| Promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy and promoting the digital transformation and development of industries are the basic tasks defined in the outline of the national "14th five year plan".The development and application of software projects must also meet the requirements of this era.The traditional software development methods represented by waterfall model have obvious gaps in meeting the new requirements of software development such as high demand variability and value orientation.It is an inevitable choice for the industry to apply agile development to software development project management.The FAW Travel Technology Co.,Ltd.is a modern transportation service enterprise focusing on the networking,leasing and leasing markets of the transportation service industry,focusing on factors such as products,services,data and ecology,and aiming at building a smart travel ecosystem.The development of transportation service software products and the application development of data products are the main business contents of the company.At the initial stage of establishment,the company mainly used the traditional way to develop software projects.In order to meet the needs of intelligent transportation,intelligent logistics and other business development based on 5G application scenarios and industrial ecology,the company hopes to take the agile development method as the main method of the future organization,and take the internal data platform development as a pilot project to promote the agile method.This paper takes the application of agile development in the data center project of the FAW travel technology company as the research content,in order to achieve the goal of enabling the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and improving the enterprise’s software development ability and level by effectively using the characteristics of agile development method,such as people-centered and incremental iterative development.This paper focuses on the application of agile development method in the data middle platform project of the FAW Travel Technology Co.,Ltd.This paper expounds the general process and method of traditional software project development and the theoretical framework and basic process of agile development,deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of traditional software project development,defines the application goal of agile development in the data middle platform project,and puts forward the design scheme of data middle platform project development based on Scrum framework,which is based on the preliminary application effect evaluation of the project,Aiming at the key problems of agile development project,this paper puts forward the scheme optimization countermeasures,and puts forward the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of agile development method in the project.The research of this paper has strong practical application value for the FAW Travel Technology Co.,Ltd.to effectively apply the agile software project development method based on scrum framework and improve the development ability of digital enabling traditional industries.The research contents and main conclusions of this paper also have certain enlightenment and reference significance for similar enterprises to promote the development of digital transformation. |
