Nowadays, the market environment of power tool enterprises has changed a lot, and the competition between enterprises is mostly indicated by the competition between supply chain and internal management of enterprises, however, the power tool industry has been using the traditional supply chain management mode. It often feels unable to start and the market share slowly shrinks which will eventually be eliminated by the market if circulation of information in supply chain management is approached in the traditional way, especially when it comes to market competition and enormous cost pressure,. Therefore, how to develop supply chain control with power tools industry characteristics under supply chain management context and improve supply chain operational result via information delivery and sharing has become an important issue to be considered in power tools industry.German power company Deli is a power tools manufacturer with research and development, production and global supply. Deli electric tools is a global leader in electric tools and accessories manufacturing. Its products have remained high-standard in terms of quality, technical innovation and after-sales service. As the market competition pressure is getting bigger and bigger, the company has to continue to reduce the cost of product development, production and other aspects. Technological innovation, excellent product quality and professional after-sales service makes the company always be able to lead the revolution in industry innovation. The solid quality of the products is the foundation and guarantee for this German power company to be secured as a leader in power tools manufacturing industry, and solid quality is usually closely related with product processing and power tools materials.The first chapter is the introduction. It puts forward the research background of the product inventory management of power tools, and the main significance of this study, research content, and research steps and so on;The second chapter introduces Deli power tools Co., Ltd, and its power tools and describes basic situation of Deli. It also introduces power tools as products, power tools supply chain profile, and power tools sales process.Chapter three debriefs plant current inventory model and puts forward the importance and classification of plant inventory management, several ways of factory raw material TCT (total cost turnover) inventory management, including reorder point management, MTO (make to order) management, ABC classification management, ship to line management. Summarizes effects and problems of inventory management in the factory. It firstly analyzed plant Non-FG TCT inventory status and thus concluded problems in existing inventory management from inventory increase, overload work in process inventories and insufficient warehouse area caused by unmanaged big materials and low inventory accuracy due to great fluctuation in finished product forecast plan, localized projects in the of raw materials and unstable product quality.The fourth chapter puts forward implementation of supply chain value flow and demand forecasting management. Firstly, based on the current enterprise supply chain value stream, it brings up the existing problems in enterprise supply chain analysis, put forwards the supply chain value stream improvement direction and acquire research results via research from effective customer prediction; In addition, through the Levelling-balanced production and combine the Kanban management and other inventory management,this paper expounds the operation flow of finished product inventory model in a factory;The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions for the factory inventory management optimization, including the use of dynamic safety inventory order mode, RongOu railway for new transportation method, Milkrun Cross or Dock External and suppliers to do the supermarket inventory management.Research on Supply Chain improvement which is one of most important task for company to achieve the lean and better service and then improve the company's competitive and cost reduction. Most of enterprises are usually rely on its own powers more often when they provide faster, better product transportation and stay at good and lean inventory leve 1 and so on, these are makes the enterprise pay more attention to the supply chain functions and challenges. Along with reform of international cooperation in import and export, quality of power tools industry itself is to be improved and thus giving birth to significant market demand for power tools. To improve supply chain management efficiency under such broad market background can better support to lead companies to improve the company sales competition and great company brand. Take Deli as an example which not only takes in-depth analysis to its supply chain status based on basic theory between inventory management and supply chain, but also integrates with some weak resources and acquire proposals combining corporate strategic analysis, drawing factory value flow, innovation Levelling balanced production management, promote the ROP project in the SAP system, explore the Rong European project, so as to realize the optimization process, the entire suppl y chain to reduce waste, improve the prediction accuracy and order the trigger mode of research results.
