Research On The Development Of Internet Securities Firms Based On East Money

The rapid development of the Internet gradually penetrates into all walks of life, and the securities industry is no exception. The convenience, inclusiveness and the richness in the finance caused by the Internet reflect the most urgent need from the Chinese users currently. It provides huge chances and challenges for the securities industry,and it's a real chance for the East Money Inc. to enter to the securities industry.From the aspect of the development of society, the rising of the per capital disposable income and CPI also encourages people to have more strong investment intentions.This article is a comparative study of the East Money Inc. and some traditional brokerages, which aims to find out new profit model and its performance characteristics that helps to bring a new growth point.Base on the theory and practice, this article puts forward some opinions for its healthy and sustainable development. Firstly, the article offers a review of the development of the securities market through the key events each year,including the development of the securities in history in China.Secondly, some data are used to clearly illustrate the current situation of the industry through the separately elaborate description of the Internet industry and the securities industry.Thirdly, as for the state of the East Money's overall operation, the article carries out a detailed analysis on the current situation of its development,in comparison with the Western Securities which mostly closes to the size of the East Money and the CITIC Securities which is the largest company in transformation,to simply illustrate the differences in the gap and thoughts of running between the Internet brokerages and the traditional ones.Besides, the article uses SWOT to analyze the East Money in detail. Finally, base upon own theory and practice, some corresponding suggestions are proposed to improve the company in terms of its own hardware capabilities, service, marketing strategy, and so on,which also provides a certain reference value for the future development of Internet brokerages.
