Since 2012, E-commerce had entered a high growth path in China and worldwide, along with the increasing revenue, the service requirement also goes up to a much higher level. Besides, consumer's expectation goes higher and higher. Service quality has become the key indicator among E-commerce companies. Further more, with the eWTP concept been widely discussed, the globalization will turn e-commerce platform into the basic construction of the modern society. In such enormous ecosystem, service agents that specialized in e-commerce business will be greatly needed, in order to help provide whole solution. In the face of these challenges, the development of service agent is an important entry point.With this background, this article mainly focused on how to cultivate service people fast with new method. Based on the purpose, this article firstly starts from the existing theory of personnel development, to state the practices already happened. Secondly, by applying interview and case study method, analyzed the service mode of e-commerce business. Then going deep to the A company, discovered the change and challenge they faced, and took a pilot project to verify the feasibility. Lastly, proposed some discussion towards the innovative mode of service agents' cultivation.The key research conclusions are:? service pattern determines service agents' development path; ?sing market mechanism to open up the chances for internal transfer; ?the way of cultivation need to change from face-to-face teaching to system assistance.The traditional cultivation methods are based on ability and have long terms, which is not fast enough for E-commerce business. This article's main innovation would be by using market mechanism to form the development path. Let service agents to lead them to grow, so as to bring a more flexible organization. Maybe this would form a more practical path, for all the service agents to grow fast, which will eventually help the fast development of e-commerce platform.
