With the rapid development of the global economy in 21 st century,the whole world has evolved into a brand new era dominated by knowledge.Hence,knowledge workers have gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Since Chi na joins WTO,an increasing number of product consulting enterprises have set up branches in China.A case in point is that the Rpworld Company is a product consulting enterprise with a background in foreign countries.It is still difficult for the Rpworld Company to take hold in China simply by means of adopting product consulting technologies abroad.In addition,without the help from knowledge workers,it will fail to develop in the long run.Thereupon,how to motivate knowledge workers and attract more and more excellent workers to join this company play a significant role in the development of the Rpworld company in China.This paper centers on the study of knowledge workers in the Rpworld Company.Based on the research backgrounds,research significan ce,literature review and theoretical basis,a brief introduction to the Rpworld Company,development history and organizations is given in this paper.Additionally,an analysis of stimulation mechanism for knowledge workers is also made from the following three perspectives: material motivation,spiritual motivation and job motivation.Then,a questionnaire on motivators on the basis of the Rpworld Company is conducted,too.Thus,existing problems and reasons occurred in the stimulation mechanism for knowledge workers can be determined by means of data analysis.Furthermore,principles and aims of the stimulation mechanism for knowledge workers can also be determined.Thereby,guided by those principles and purposes,material motivation schemes for knowled ge workers in administrative departments,research &development departments and marketing departments can be designed.In addition,spiritual motivation schemes can also be designed from the following three aspects: knowledge workers training,individual needs and enterprise culture.In the end,job motivation schemes are designed from aspects of career development and participation management for knowledge workers.To guarantee the smooth implementation of motivation schemes for knowledge workers in the Rpworld Company,two perspectives including implementation steps and implementing guarantee are mainly discussed about in this paper.Besides,relevant guarantee measures are also put forward in this paper.Research findings in this paper have realistic meanings for motivating knowledge workers in the Rpworld Company.Finally,research findings in this paper can provide realistic reference meanings for other enterprises of the same business.
