Any one would like a butterfly metamorphosis, need to go through a painful process of growing up, especially the enterprise strategy should follow the market demand timely and appropriate adjustments to meet the company in terms of information growing demand, such as financial logistics integration, financial busness integration, the integration of new research and development, global maintenance unified user data, global product data, global unified management of large data and other strategic needs.This paper puts forward how industrialization and information integration is a long-term problem, through strategic adjustment to better build a model of integration of industry and research is one of the core of innovation. The central enterprises and universities over the years are stalled, the paper also points out the problems of China Information Technology Co. Ltd., the central enterprises and universities jointly established enterprises, and puts forward how to avoid the central enterprises and the idea caused by different business risk from a strategic perspective, as each other through strategic adjustment to create a harmony but not sameness the virtuous circle of both competition and cooperation.
