Research On The Communication Management Of The Development And Design Project Of X Vehicle Enterprises

With the global economic integration and the arrival of the information age, project, as a new concept of modern management, management is introduced to the automotive industry. Although the research and development of project management has nearly one hundred years of history, the study of communication management theory began in 1980s, so communication management science, as a completely independent management discipline, is in modern management theory, so far project management research just have a beginning in the automotive industry. This paper make the Ford Motor Company as the object, focusing on the development and design of Ford Motor vehicle parts process. The project could be delayed by wrong the project communication, customer dissatisfaction and other issues. Analyzing problem of the project communication Through investigation and interview, and putting forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.First of all, this paper introduces the background of this research, and summarizes the relevant theories. Then, according to the communication management of the project, the project’s communication management and the key points are analyzed. Then, a questionnaire survey is used to find ways to solve the problem in order to improve communication efficiency between the project team members, the external customers, suppliers and communication management. Finally, according to the basic communication model and the various elements of communication, it puts forward the communication model for the development of the project team combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself.The paper makes some thinking about the application and development of project communication management technology and art on the basis of this. And we discuss the future research on the application from the research results and the related issues.
