Enterprise competition in the current era has become a matter of the past, the competition has turned to the competition of human resources. Because, no matter is any kind of operation or marketing mode, any kind of innovation technology or product, it can be imitated, but the human resources team can be copied is extremely not agree with. Under this background, more and more enterprises can improve the competitive advantage and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise by constructing the human resources team which is suitable for the enterprise's own development.Many enterprises in our country are aware of the importance of human resource management, and actively take scientific human resources management methods and means to optimize the human resources management of enterprises. However, there is also a part of the human resources management is not enough attention to the enterprise, these enterprises to small and medium sized enterprises. On the real situation, those who do not pay attention to human resource management of enterprises, usually can not get considerable development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the human resource management system construction of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this study, AZH Culture Communication Company as the research object, research methods of combining theory with practice, starting from the four dimensions of human resources recruitment, training, incentive management, performance evaluation, and then analyzes the existing human resources management system of the company's problems, combined with the scientific theory, including the company's design a set of human resources management system, management incentive system: the construction of human resources planning, construction, human resources recruitment system of staff training system, assuming employees, and employee performance evaluation system construction.Through the study on AZH cultural communication construction company human resources management system, help the AZH culture dissemination limited company to establish scientific human resource management system, and ultimately realize the core competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises.
