Research On HK Company Cost Management Based On Value Chain Management

This paper aims to analyze the internal and external value chain,looking for the influence factors of financial enterprise value and customer value maximization, establish a new mode of cost management in Enterprise Based on the value chain theory, the value of cost management connotation and the goal and the enterprise or customer matching.
