Research On Cost Control Of KDXF Company Intelligent Business Department Based On Value Chain Perspective

In the wave of the global economy,intelligent voice industry is now a very competitive industry in the country.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to guide the company to actively and correctly carry out cost control and obtain competitive advantages.The value chain of intelligent voice industry is complex,diverse and changeable,with the characteristics of strong pertinence.This paper first analyzes the company value chain,which is the first analysis of cost control.Value chain cost control is conducive to the continuous improvement of enterprises' cost efficiency,and promotes enterprises to think about costs from the perspective of the whole business process.It can promote enterprises to effectively control potential costs and guide enterprises to consider the situation of competitors.Starting from the cost control,system of the company,this paper analyzes the factors that constitute the cost and expense of the company and the reasons for its occurrence,and then takes this as a clue to explore the possible problems in the system,and thinks about the possible improvement direction on the basis of fully understanding the modern cost control theory.After relevant research,this paper believes that the value chain is the most suitable and effective improvement framework,so this paper will consider the improvement measures of cost control from the perspective of the value chain in the end.The first part mainly elaborated the research background and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation.The second part introduces the concepts of value chain and cost control and their relations.The third part describes the current situation of cost control and points out the existing problems from the perspective of value chain.The fourth and fifth parts firstly analyze the value chain of the company and the cost driver of the value chain,and then put forward some improvement suggestions for the cost control of the company from the perspective of value chain optimization.The sixth part summarizes the research results and puts forward some ideas for the future research.In this paper,the concept of cost control and the concept of value chain are deeply analyzed by literature research,case analysis and field observation.Then investigate and analyze the process of cost consumption,and comprehensively identify the company's cost structure and cost drivers.Finally,on the basis of the obtained data,combined with the current situation of the company's cost control,from the enterprise cost of the important module thinking,based on the value chain theory,explore the problems,put forward some reasonable improvement measures.This article has the following innovations:In the current research system,the cost control for small and medium-sized enterprises is more,for high-tech enterprises,especially the leading enterprises in the intelligent voice industry,this aspect of the research has not yet.KDXF,the leading company in the intelligent voice industry,is selected in this paper to propose optimization Suggestions from the inside and outside from the perspective of value chain,which is of certain reference value for the future cost control of KDXF.
