Nowadays, many companies are investing more and more in training in order to improve performance of employees and company as a whole. However, the result is always far from satisfaction. In general, only 10% of training budget has been truly transferred to higher performance, so it is important to study on the improvement of company training transfer so that employees can better apply new knowledge and skills learned from training to the actual work and achieve higher organizational performance.In view of the study of domestic and foreign literature, a deeper understanding has formed in regarding to related theories and models of training, training transfer and influencing factors of training transfer. Based on these efforts and expert interview, this study has developed measuring index and established research hypothesis and theoretical model of influencing factors of company training transfer. Besides, a questionnaire has been designed to collect sample data and prove research hypothesis and theoretical model. The target respondents are employees and finally we get 285 qualified questionnaires. To analysis these sample data, we use SPSS 22 to run reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive analysis, variance analysis, principal component analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on these data analysis, this study has come to a conclusion of three main influencing factors of company training transfer and interaction among these three main influencing factors. Besides, preliminary research hypothesis have been verified and theoretical model have been upgraded accordingly.Last but not least, based on the conclusion of statistical analysis and practical working experience, this study has proposed optimizing strategies in regard of employee, training system and organization to improve company training transfer. It is sincerely hoped that this study can be a valuable reference for companies to improve training transfer and achieve higher performance of employees and company as a whole.
