At the same time, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of Changchun city fresh agricultural products logistics capability. In this paper, using principal component analysis(PCA), etc., the index is optimized. Finally, according to the fresh agricultural products logistics capability evaluation system, this paper puts forward the Changchun area of fresh agricultural products logistics capability improvement suggestion.
