Secondly, infrastructure lending is guaranteed by government, loan default risk is low, reducing the rate of non-performing loans, improving the security of commercial banks. Finally, the increasing of urban population income makes the savings deposits of commercial banks increase, improving the capital adequacy ratio, and on a certain extent, increasing the liquidity of commercial banks. Therefore, urbanization has brought great opportunities for commercial banks to improve business performance, and has important practical significance to influence the performance of the commercial banks of the town.Through the combined method of theoretical and empirical analysis, the artical first introduced the present situation of urbanization, and the current situation of the operating performance of China's commercial banks, and then analysis the influence of urbanization on Mechanism of commercial banks operating performance from the commercial bank's profitability, safety, liquidity. We chooses the financial data of the country 10 representative commercial banks, the empirical analysis of the influence of urbanization on the performance of China's commercial banks, that the urbanization has a positive effect on China's commercial banks to improve business performance. finally this paper puts forward how to improve the operating performance of the commercial banks related countermeasures of urbanization, which makes the business Banks actively promote the urbanization at the same time, a greater degree of improvement in their own business performance, the realization of the rapid development of urbanization and commercial banks of benign interaction.
