With the rapid development of Internet finance, the financial disintermediation is becoming more and more serious, and the development of commercial banks is faced with unprecedented challenges. How to face the opportunities and challenges brought by the marketization of interest rate, and to improve the core competitiveness by strengthening the characteristic business and innovation points by changing the weak links of their own business has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper investigates the shortcomings of our national commercial banks in the development process, and collects the experiences and experiences of the United States and Japan in dealing with the marketization of interest rate.
