This paper studies the impact of intermediary business on commercial banks in the context of interest rate marketization.Through the analysis of the financial data of H Bank in the past 10 years through Origin 8.0,it focuses on the analysis of the return on net assets and the proportion of non-interest income.Financial indicators of bank operating results.By comparison,the article draws those conclusions:First of all,along with the irreversible trend and trend of interest rate marketization,and with the crowding of foreign banks to the market,the prospect of commercial banks relying on traditional interest margins is worrisome,and the profit model of commercial banks Transformation and upgrading is the trend of the times.Developing intermediary business is the way to compete and the way to survive.Second,the impact of the intermediary business on business performance has two sides.Both positive and negative effects.Commercial banks must seize the opportunity and meet the challenge to avoid risks and maximize profits.Finally,commercial banks should not only reverse the profit model,expand the scope of intermediate business and increase their technical content,further increase the proportion of intermediary business,highlight the service function of banks,improve the management level of bank talents and enrich the training system,and enrich the sources of income.Realize the transformation of business structure.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a risk prevention mechanism,strengthen the internal control system,and prevent the adverse effects of the development of intermediate business that may be brought to commercial banks.
