Research On The Precise Trainings Of Grassroots Agrotechnicians In Shaanxi

The quality of agrotechnicians is the key to the promotion of agricultural technology and the transformation of agricultural technology. The high-quality precise trainings is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of grassroots agrotechnicians. To achieve the goal, we must make the trainings precise and efficient.This paper combines with the background of construction system of agricultural technology in Shaanxi. It is based on the human capital theory, training theory and constructivist learning theory; mainly uses literature method, questionnaire method, and interview method. It statistically analyzes the present situations of agrotechnicians, finds out the problems in their trainings based, analyzes the causes for the problems and then puts forward some effective suggestions.There are five parts in this paper :(1) make a brief introduction to the team of grassroots agrotechnicians, the construction of agricultural system in Shaanxi.(2) summarizes the primary agricultural training needs, from the demand type, the factors that affect the demand,the demand analysis of several aspects in detail.(3) describe the present situation of the grassroots agrotechnicians' training in detail. It mainly includes the quantity, type, content,pattern and so on.(4) analyze the main factors that affect the precise training of grassroots agrotechnicians in different aspects. They are related to departments of our government,training organizations, working units and agrotechnicians themselves.(5) put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the Shaanxi grassroots agrotechnicians for their precise trainings. The suggestions as follows: change the concept on service of government, make the training mechanism perfect,improve the ability of training organizations, make agrotechnicians active, and stimulate the vitality of agricultural technology.Through the research, we make some main conclusions such as :(1) The precise trainings of grassroots agrotechnicians in Shaanxi is a complicated project. In order to solve the problems in precise trainings of grassroots agrotechnicians and, make accurate trainings, we have to update the concepts on trainings and innovate the working mechanism.(2) We should enlarge the training of the suppliers, innovate training model, establish training coordination mechanism, optimize the training evaluation system.(3) we have to make an accurate demand research, solve the "demanded" phenomenon; make accurate topics about trainings, provide the efficient trainings for various types of agrotechnicians.(4) we must abandon low-qualitytrainings; stimulate the agrotechnicians' awareness of their self-development.(5) we should reform and innovate the training system, decrease the inefficient trainings and try our best to make trainings precise and perfect.
