Research On The Financial Support For Agriculture Development In Shaanxi Province

Agriculture as the basis of national economy, the development of agriculture is not only related to the people of the country's food and clothing, but also related to the development of other industries and green, coordinated and sustainable development of economic. The agriculture plays a decisive role in economic and social development, gaining more and more attention from the national governments.As the core of the modern economy, finance plays a central role in the allocation of resources, the development of agriculture can not be separated from financial support. Financial support for agriculture plays a huge role in promoting farmer income, agricultural efficiency, agricultural economic development.As one of the main agricultural regions in the north of China, is different from the big industrial province. Agriculture has special status in Shaanxi Province, and the financial support to agriculture development is facing many problems and need to be matched with the local situation, being different from the other areas.In this paper, the study of financial support to agricultural development in Shaanxi province as the object of study, drawing on the experience at home and abroad, analyzing a large number of financial support to the development of agriculture and finding problems and shortcomings in the process of development of Shaanxi Province. The empirical analysis of the study was employed, and we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background of the selected topic, the purpose of the topic, the significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research summary and research ideas and methods; The second part describes the theoretical basis of finance and agriculture and literature; The third part of the Shaanxi agricultural supply and demand The fourth part discusses the problems of financial support to agriculture development in Shaanxi province. The fifth part analyzes financial support agriculture development by the multiple linear regression. The sixth part puts forward the conclusion and suggestions of perfecting Shaanxi province's financial support agriculture development.This paper argues that there are four main problems in financial support agriculture in Shaanxi province: one is imperfect financial policy; the second is weakening rural finance function; thirdly, the rural financing cost is high; Fourthly, the financial development of the external environment is not perfect. At the last, we put forward specific suggestions for perfecting Shaanxi province's financial support to agriculture development.
