The Research On Auction Trading And The Updating Of Trading Mode Of Chinese Agricultural Products Wholesale Market

After the reform and opening up,especially in the twenty-first Century,China’s economy development is rapid,and the people’s material and cultural needs are increasing.The current agricultural product circulation system has gradually could not meet the requirements of the economic and social development,exposing a large number of problems,including the price of agricultural products,quality and safety issues.The basic contradiction that the current agricultural product circulation system faced is "small production and large circulation",and it is the same as that of Japan and Taiwan.The agricultural market is the key link of the communication and the downstream of the chain,and it is an important point of the government to manage the whole circulation system.Therefore,as a key link in the circulation system of agricultural products in China,there is an objective necessity.To solve those problems,the transformation and upgrading of agricultural land market can play the role of point.Trading function is the main function of agricultural market.And trading is the main content of the transaction process.So the upgrading of the trading way is an important breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of agricultural market.Through a review of the existing literature,this paper analyzes the efficiency of auction trading mode.First the auction transactions were fast and efficient.Second the auction transaction can reduce the transaction costs.Third the auction transactions can form a reasonable price.Subsequently,this paper points out the important significance of implementing the auction transaction.First of all,the agricultural products auction trading system can prominent market center function,improve and develop the function of agricultural market.Secondly,the establishment of the agricultural products auction trading system is conducive to the development of the whole agricultural product circulation system.Finally,the establishment of the system of the agricultural products auction makes the interests of the participating subjects be effectively guaranteed.In this paper,we analyze the efficiency of the agricultural products auction transaction.At the same time,this paper analyzed the evolution of human society of agricultural products circulation mode.Auction transactions are more advanced than the opponent’s trading.But in the past ten years,the agricultural markets trying auction transaction in our country has failed,especially in the fruits and vegetables.The author got the first hand data through visiting in the Nanjing agricultural and sideline products logistics center.We think that the main reason of the failure is the low willingness to participate in the auction transaction.In this paper,we establish a model to analyze the impact factors on the auction transaction.Using Eviews software to analyze the data,we find that the age,education level,experience and business scale of the main trade body have significant influence on the intention to participate in the auction business.On the basis of the above,the overall goal of the agricultural product transaction mode updating is given.And then this paper analyzes the general idea of achieving this goal.Finally,In this paper,we give some practical suggestions,including regulation construction,the cultivation of the subject and the establishment of the supporting system and so on.
