The Effect On The Share Of China Aviation In International Trade In Goods

Now with the deepening of economic globalization,international trade is developing rapidly,especially in international trade in goods.Since China’s reform and opening up,the international trade is developing faster than world.International trade in goods and transport is closely linked.It is generally believed that shipping is dominant in international trade in goods,and in 2014,air cargo accounted for 0.5%in international goods,but the value accounted for 36%because air cargo have light weight and high value added features.Even though air cargo in China’s trade is increasing,but the share in the world were dropped year by year,we will study this phenomenon.First,based on the China’s air network structure,I build a mechanism to study why the share of China’s air cargo in international trade in goods were dropped.Then use the related model study the issue.Results show that the role of China’s international air network and domestic’s in international trade in goods is different.And the effect of distance and whether the same boundary on the volume is significantly negative,but on the share is oppsite.The effect of whether signed a free trade agreement on share is significant positive.Finally,puts forward the policy recommendations based on the results.
