Voice behavior is a very necessary employee behavior,organizations can seize the rapid opportunities and avoid potential risks through multidimensional voice behavior.But in China's high power distance,high uncertainty avoidance and collectivism of the special cultural background,the frequency of employee voice behavior is much smaller than the western countries which is in opening culture.Employees before the occurrence of voice behavior will have many worries,in order to avoid bringing troubles and choose to give up suggestions,so for the organization,how to promote the employee's voice behavior is very important.Employee's attitudes and emotions will directly affect the employee's behavior.Whether thriving at work will affect employee's voice behavior is an important issue of this paper to be studied.Abusive supervision as a negative leadership behavior has been attracted more and more attention in the enterprise,when employees perceive to their being subjected to the abusive supervision,their positive behavior will be greatly influenced.Therefore,clarify the influence of the abusive supervision on voice behavior,will benefit to the increasing frequency of employee voice from another angle,and promote the organization development.This research will discuss the relationship between thriving at work,abuse supervision and voice behavior.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and research questions,and describing the purpose and significance of the study and the innovation of this paper.The second part is to analyze and discuss the literature review about thriving at work and abuse supervision and voice behavior.The third part puts forward the theoretical research model and hypotheses based on the literature review,finds the appropriate measurement scale.The last part of the article is the research conclusion and the suggestion part.This study uses the mature volume table of thriving at work,abusive management and voice behavior,and make the gender,age,marital status,educational level,work experience and job type as controlled variables.Make the thriving at work as the independent variable,the abusive supervision as moderating variables,and the voice behavior as dependent variables to collect and analyze data.(?)According to the results of statistical analysis,this study showed that:(1)thriving at work has a positive effect on employee voice behavior,namely the strong feeling of thriving at work will promote the occurrence frequency of employee voice behavior;(2)abuse supervision has a significant negative impact on employee voice behavior,and the absolute value of regression coefficient is very big,that means the abusive supervision has a strong inhibitory effect on employee voice behavior,with the perceived abuse supervision degree increased,the voice behavior will be substantially reduced.In this study,there are two innovation points,one is the exploration of thriving at work which has positive effect on employee voice behavior,enriching the outcomes variables of thriving at work;make up the lack of the relationship between the three variables.The limitations of this paper is that the representative of sample is low and the lack of dynamic data collection.Researched variables is emotional variables,maybe they are controlled by individual subjectivity in much time.
