The Retrospect And Anaiy Sis Of Chinese Management Theory

Usually a high speed development of the economy behind the inevitable will have its unique management reasons or models.Japan's rapid economic development in the 50?80 era after World War ? led to the development of the western research and attention to the Japanese style management.Chinese to carry on the economic reform from the last century in 70s,30 years of rapid development of the economy,"Chinese management" came into,many scholars began to explore the reasons behind the management China's economic success.As a part of Chinese management,the theory of Chinese management also needs to pay attention to.The core problem of this paper is whether the Chinese management theory exists at present.In this paper,we derive the exentence about at present through three-step.First,we deduce the part of Chinese management research has its own development track and combined with Chinese management practices and backgrounds,by comparatlty analyzing the keywords between Western and Chinese management.Second we explain the basis and sources of Chinese management research is the western theory,which being use of explaining the practice of management and innovate the man-agement theory.We deduce the existence of CTM at present through the first two steps.In recent years scholars have also proposed some management theories with Chinese charact-eristics,promoting the development of CTM.Thus,in the end we deduce whethere they should be called CTM through the basic standard about the"theory" and "chinese Characteristic management theory".At the same time,in the process of research,the paper summarizes the main co ntent about Western and Chinese management in different time,which is conducive to understanding the overall of the development process and the status quo in Weste-rn and Chinese management research;this paper also defines the CTM,provides a b-asis for the construction of CTM;in the proof of the existence of the CTM in current,but also to have some enlightenment on exploring and developping "Management Reasons".
