It can directly display the evolution of knowledge domain and the knowledge structure by the theory of citation analysis, graph theory, Informetrics, statistical algorithms and scientific map using of computer software tools to a large number of literature data.CiteSpace is a special software that used to detect and monitor the evolution of the development of knowledge domain and knowledge structure based on the JAVA. The article selectes international core areas of business management journals as a data source journals on the basis of the "Journal report cited" (JCR) in Business Management and the ranking, using the results have been in the draw as a source of reference. By doing the co-citation network analysis to the total literature data from 1992 to 2005 with CiteSpace, maping the network of the terms evolution of Main theory in business management and the literature clustering network of the knowledge structure, and then reveal the change of the themes of Main theory in business management at various stages of development; Analyze the literature clustering of the co-citation network, and acquire the structure of the dynamic evolution of Main theory which is composed of Organization Theory, Decision Making Theory, Operating Strategy, Auction Theory, Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management and other theories.By using Pathfinder algorithm of CiteSpace and simplifying the connects and nodes of the co-citation network, I've drawn up the critical path of the evolution of Main theory in business management. By analyzing the pivot points of the map and the logic relations of the knowledge flows between them, sorted out the key evolution path of Main theory in business management. Organization Theory has always been the backbone of business management, and runs through the whole process of evolution path.
