Job burnout is the result of the society in the earliest western industrial civilization with nearly40years of research history, and also had nearly30years of study in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy social background, people face more and more pressure of competition from all respects, making the job burnout has become a common phenomenon in the workplace. Job burnout has a certain degree of harm for personal body and mind health and also for the performance of an organization. With the increase of the number of job burnout and development, it will have a negative effect to social stability and economic development, so the ease of research and analysis method for job burnout still has a certain value.This paper take the middle-aged young staff in enterprise as the main object, trying to show the staffs job burnout present situation in modern enterprise, and to explore the factors in causing Burnout in the effects of work-family conflict on the job burnout and the moderating effects of social support on both. On the construction of the paper, this article based on the role theory and the theory of pressure, combined with the job demands-resources model (JD-R) and the job demand-control-support model (DCS), using the questionnaire survey method to analyze the modern enterprise young staff job burnout, family conflict and social support and its mechanism of action.Research on empirical analysis, this paper concludes that the degree of job Burnout of middle-aged and young staff is above the average level, the strongest level is personal sense of achievement to reduce, followed by emotional exhaustion and dehumanization. Work-family conflict and job Burnout is related significantly.1) WFC and emotional exhaustion, dehumanization is related significantly;2) FWC and emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and personal sense of achievement to reduce is related. Social support has negative adjust action between Work-family conflict and job Burnout, its regulating function have differences for different sources of social support:a) leadership support has significantly reduced regulatory role for the relationship between WFC, FWC and emotional exhaustion and dehumanization, leadership support has a significant effect between the FWC and personal sense of achievement to reduce, b) Family support in a relationship between WFC, FWC and emotional exhaustion and dehumanization that has a significant effect, and in FWC and personal achievement reduce relationship without regulatory role, c) Friends support only moderate between WFC and emotional exhaustion, and a significant effect on FWC between dehumanization.
