The Application Study Of Risk Management On BM Projects

With the trend of economic globalization,more and more industrial projects put into practice.Most of them achieved the designated goals and push the economy development rapidly.But,at the same time,negative effects come along as the result of project failure or postponement etc.which force social society suffered from enormous loss.The reasons those may cause circumstances in projects mentioned above can be concluded as below:Un-proper precautions and observation of the risks,even the fatal risks are not observed or ignored in some occasions.Un-accurate evaluation and analysis for the possibilities of risk occurrence.Un-appropriate countermeasure when facing risks.Majority of the researches for risk management focus on the beginning stage of projects only,minority of them cover the whole project.In this article,the author treats BAOMA project as the research target,analyzes and recognizes the risk of project from owner's view by analytic hierarchy process,from project beginning stage to operating stage,and finally the author initiates a discussion on the countermeasures of key risks?This article will play a good role as instruction to the risk management,and helps people who are dealing with projects to understand the basic process,definition and application of risk management.
