With the development of economy, the fire industry has been an important part of the national economy and social development. With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people more and more high requirement for security, social demand for fire control products is becoming more and more big,the market demand by the passive demand to take the initiative to demand change,this gives fire enterprise's development has brought the unprecedented opportunity. Represented by TKTY company fire equipment enterprises,how to seize the opportunity, how to optimize the existing marketing strategy, so as to improve market share, and thus achieve the goal of corporate profits.In this paper, the author studies on TKTY the company is a private agency fire fighting equipment, mainly sales and installation of imported automatic fire extinguishing system and fire alarm system products. Based on the import of high pressure water mist TKTY company agent products marketing strategy as the research object, and combine the characteristics of the automatic fire extinguishing equipment industry and trends, analyzes the company's marketing strategy optimization. The author firstly analyzed by internal and external environmental analysis, PEST analysis enterprise macro environment, industry environment and the policy dynamics, and then apply the SWOT analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise, analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the future; Second, the problems existing in the company's existing marketing strategy of the comprehensive carding. Finally, according to the problems of the company in the marketing, determine the direction of the marketing strategy optimization and implementation measures.Through research, the author first thought TKTY company should improve product after-sales service, to promote the product differentiation characteristics and keep the steady market share has important significance; Secondly perfect sales organization construction, it is not only beneficial to the stability of the marketing team, also can promote sales, at the same time also can improve the image of the enterprise of professional degree; Again, by focusing on industry and participate in activities, to improve the technical level of TKTY company and the sensitivity of the market; Finally by improving the high pressure water mist product differentiation strategy, pricing strategy and promotion strategy of optimization to achieve the high pressure water mist TKTY company products overall optimization of the marketing strategy, so as to improve the profitability of the enterprise.
