| In recent 20 years, Chinese economy has been experiencing high speed developing, at a certain extent depending on distinct development of manufacturing area. The operation model and technology application of manufacturing changed obviously after Chine started reform and open policy. In fact, not only Chine, but the whole world always keeps changing fast and continuously, so the customers own more opportunities on buying high diversity of product. That causes that product life reducing accordingly, the higher requirement on quality and technology becomes the typical character of modern manufacturing. Meanwhile, the sustainability is more important in current days, that requires enterprises to reduce waste and raise efficiency to be more eco-friendly to society.This thesis studied the successful application of lean implementation in AA enterprise to prove that lean tools can help enterprise solving the problems and improving performance in operations. Before lean application in AA enterprise, the mass production led low delivery on time and high inventory. Therefore, the management made a decision to introduce LEAN model to help improving its operations. Fortunately, I joined in AA enterprise as the lean champion to witness obvious development depends on lean production. In following years, I built the Pull production system to increase delivery on time and reduce the inventory. Through the standard work, TWI,5S, AA enterprise got an evident development on raising efficiency. The lean became the company culture depends on lean training and practice.This thesis exhibited that lean successful application in AA enterprise. The fundamental of success is how to define the value of product to customer, how to use the value stream mapping to diagnose operation. That will lead us to elect the effective tools to apply them till getting the achievement we want. So I hope this thesis can bring some value to the enterprise which wants to start to apply lean production. |
