| Labor dispatching employing way has been widely applied in the bank system,the flexible way of employment has a big advantage in promoting employment mechanism transformation,reducing the cost of human resources and adjusting the structure of employment,at the same time,the incentive issue of labor dispatching employee also face many problems in the banking system.In this paper,we investigate the incentive status quo of labor dispatching employees in the current banking system,trough looking for the problems in the incentive of labor dispatching employees who is employed in the banking system,and further analyzing the reasons of these problems,finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures.We investigate and analyze the incentive situation of labor dispatch staff based on the Inner Mongolia regional joint-stock commercial bank,mainly adopt the method of literature study,questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,collect the banking system dispatching employee satisfaction for incentive problems of data directly,on the basis of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,put forward the banking system in Inner Mongolia the main problems existing in the labor dispatching employee motivation,and analyzes the reasons,collect the direct date of the satisfaction for incentive problems about the banking system dispatching employee,we look for the main problems existing in the labor dispatching employee motivation of the banking system in Inner Mongolia on the basis of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,finally analyze the reasons.Finally,from the angle of the four aspects included compensation incentive,career development motivation,employee relationship and enterprise environment incentives,we give the methods to solve the problems and explain the countermeasures in detail.First,pay employees the same sallry as the formal employee motivation.Second,provide employee career development plans for the labor dispatching.Third,satisfy the need of labor dispatching employee emotional.Finally,attach the great importance to the system of human resources and enterprise culture motivation incentive countermeasures. |
