Study On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure In Huize County

Industrial structure is an important factor and research object in the process of economic development, and the land represents space is the foundation of promoting economic development and the development of capital. At the same time.the contradiction between man and land is increasing in the rapid construction of urbanization. Optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, land intensive use and scientific and rational land use structure are the subject of economic development and the inexhaustible power to promote the economic development. China's economic development is not balanced and 1/3 of the counties are still in the stage of poverty. To promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and the development of regional economy are important means to get rid of poverty.The interaction mechanism between industrial structure and land use structure were studied by means of econometric model, comparative advantage method and VAR auto regressive model combined with the relevant literature, theory and the basic concept of induction based on the development present situation of our country, Yunnan province and Huize County in this paper. Huize County, as a typical case, was empirical analysis. The scientific index system was established through the mathematical model method. The interaction mechanism between industrial structure and land structure was verified and the interactive development relationship of the two was revealed, and the rationality of the construction and adjustment of the structure was put forward. It laid a theoretical foundation for the intensive development of land resources and the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. It provided a scientific reference and theoretical support for the research of industrial structure and land use structure of the county, and it also had certain theoretical value for the development of related disciplines.(1) The relationship between the industrial structure and the optimization of the structure of the land was interactive, and the two were interrelated with each other. Land use structure converted gradually from extensive to intensive use. The adjustment policy of land structure can also be counterproductive to the industrial structure, which can promote the optimization of the industrial structure through the macroeconomic regulation and control.(2) The adjustment of industrial structure and the optimization of the structure of land use had a positive correlation. The second industry and the second industry land use structure of mutual influence was the most reasonable in Huize County. If the proportion of the second industry increased by 1%, the intensive use of land will increase by 0.013%. Third industry development fell behind and the current stage of land use was relatively extensive. Existing land can't be fully utilized, which was the focus of the future improvement of the place.(3) The land efficiency of three major industrial in Huize County were lower than the average level of the country, and the first industry was more obvious. Compared with the first industry, the second and the third industry had a greater advantage of the structure in land use efficiency and efficiency of land use was more reasonable and more. Huize county government can optimize the industrial structure through the macro-control of land policy.(4)The interaction between industry and land use structure was demonstrated and analyzed by constructing the VAR model. Adjustment of land use structure should lag behind the adjustment of industrial structure, and intensive use of land and rational allocation of government departments should pay more attention. When some of the land was not being used, increasing the area of the first industrial land can increase the output value in the short term. But this increase is limited, and we can balance the industrial structure properly to reduce the first industrial land and increase other industrial land. For the second industry, compared with the simple increase in the use of land area, scientific and technological innovation and the level of technology to promote industrial development were more obvious so that the industry and land use structure tended to be reasonable. At this stage, the third industry development was slow. However, to increase the industrial land was not effective and we should determine third industrial structure reasonably to obtain the full use of land value. We should control the number of third industrial land accurately, and make full use of its potential capacity. We should pursue the three-dimensional development of the third industry, and increase the efficiency of land use.(5) Huize county should increase the investment in the construction of the cultural tourism industry to develop the third industry. To accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the new type of industrialization and the pace of industrial development and to promote the construction of traffic, integration of urban and rural development and strengthening the government's macroeconomic regulation and control and other measures to ensure the intensive use of land and the high level of industrial structure, high coordination, high speed development.
