Shaanxi Coordinated Development Research Of Industrial Structure And Land Intensive Utilization

The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is always the topic ofregional development. However, the development of the industry is inseparable from therational allocation of land resources, land essentially belongs to the scarce resources,with the fixed location and limited area, its efficiency is directly related to thedevelopment of the economy and Industry. With the development of economy and theadjustment and optimization ofindustry, the increasing demand for land, it lead to thecontradiction between land demand and land supply increasingly sharp. so how to do inthe optimization of industrial structure and improve the level of intensive land use,while promoting the coordinated development of industrial structure and intensive useof land become a serious problem. In this context, this paper takes Shaanxi Province asan example, take a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, acombination of theoretical and empirical analysis, to study the coordinated developmentof the industrial structure and intensive use of land.Firstly, based on the related literature research at home and abroad, this paperexpounds the concept and connotation of industrial structure and intensive use of land,and combs the theory of industrial structure and land intensive use. on the basis of thistheroy, Collecting the relevant data of2003-2012, this article undertake the analysis ofthe present situation in industry development and the land use in Shaanxi province.Secondly, by theoretical analysis and frequency analysis, this paper establish a indexsystem of the coordinated development between the industrial structure and intensiveland use, then by using principal component analysis, regression analysis, and thecoordination degree model, to do quantitative evaluation which the level of coordinated development of industry structure and intensive land use of Shaanxi province in2002-2012and Shaanxi cities in2003-2011.The evaluation results show that: thecoordinated development of industrial structure and intensive land use energe in aoverall upward trend in Shaanxi Province and Shaanxi cities, and get a high-qualitycoordination of industrial structure lag.,Finally, on the base of the analysis of theproblem and its influencing factors in Shaanxi province and Shaanxi cities, fromaccelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,optimize industrialland, Combining Industrial policy and land policy,Improving land use planning etc. toput forward the rmeasures to promote the coordinated development of industrialstructure and land intensive utilization in Shaanxi province.The research results of this paper make the industrial structure adjustment and landintensive use policy to provide some reference to the relevant departments of Shaanxiprovincial government, the ideas and methods of this study also has certain referencesignificance to the other similar aera.
